Job Description Reviews all types of US individual income tax returns Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in tax technical knowledge Manages the engagement team. Sets performance measurements and ensures that performance goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time, and quality targets are met Identifies and leads new services that the service line can perform at the VVN Develops, mentors, and supervises Associates and Specialists.
