Job description: In this role, you will be the key contact for employees undergoing assignments, transfers, and relocations, both internationally and domestically. You will liaise with clients, internal teams, and mobility suppliers while providing operational support, managing inquiries, and handling escalations related to global mobility. Serve as the central advisor for mobile employees, offering expert guidance on mobility processes, policies, taxation, and procedures. Ensure adherence to local, national, and international laws, including immigration, tax, and labor regulations in all deployment locations. Work closely with HR and internal client teams to facilitate seamless deployment of permanent employees. Maintain cost awareness and optimize budget allocations while ensuring high-quality workforce deployment. Partner with external service providers to streamline deployment processes when necessary.
